Ms. Sercey is a former customer service supervisor to a national firm. She is now offering her knowledge to SBBA filling in on an as needed basis in the office.
Terence Stokes, Operations Manager
Mr. Stokes attended WCU, MHC, and Campbell University where he studied to obtain a BA as an educator. Mr. Stokes takes responsibility of all the administrative, accounting, and marketing for the agency.
Rewards are typically based upon a preset percentage of the original bond.

Mistianne Jacobs, Moore Co. Agent
Ms. Jacobs’ was previously employed with a local law firm. Ms. Jacobs has completed all of the requirements for a surety bail bond agent’s license with the NC Dept. of Insurance and is currently our Moore County Agent.
Sharona Stokes, Bail Agent
Ms. Stokes has owned and operated her own businesses in the private sector for over 15 yrs. She is a lifelong, respected Harnett County resident. Also, an active member of the NC Bail Agents Association and a member of the Surety Guard, Ms. Stokes specializes in public relations for SBBA. Ms. Stokes holds a Surety and Professional bail bond agent’s license with the Dept. of Insurance.
Recovery Team
Gill Stephens, Bail Agent
Mr. Stephens began as the Johnston County agent with offices throughout NC. He currently works the eastern part of the state. He also is a integral member of the Recovery Team. Mr. Stephens holds a surety license with the NC Dept. of Insurance.
Josh Layaou, Johnston Co.
Mr. Layaou is a licensed Bail Bond Agent with the NC Debt. Of Insurance. He specializes in subject containment and threat neutralization in the field. His skills are based on the application of alternative force, utilizing impact tools as an intermediate weapon to safely control fugitives faced with being apprehended.
